Installation on Oracle Cloud failed due to an error in the Terraform configuration

Tried to install through this page: https://github.com/hiddify/Hiddify-Server/wiki/Quick-Installation-on-Oracle-Cloud
At the step of copying link I couldn't copy it since the button "Open Proxy Help Page" never appeared. Then I figured that it might be because the job failed.

Here are failure details: "The job failed due to an error in the Terraform configuration. To troubleshoot this issue, view the job log".

What should I do to fix this?
