Memory system documentation out of date

This doc https://www.gem5.org/documentation/general_docs/memory_system/ seems to be out of date. There is no class called MemObjects right now.

If anyone wants to play around with AI tools, I think this would be a good use case. Point to the gem5 source and ask the AI to update this documentation with the current APIs. We dropped the MemObject class and now any SimObject can have ports, IIRC.
