Can't apply for Education Benefits

Hi everyone,

Hello, I'm trying to register for GitHub Education Benefits, but all my applications are being denied, and the "reason" field is blank. I've tried contacting them by submitting tickets, but they're closed immediately. I haven't received any response, and I'd like to know what information I need to send to resolve this issue. I also can't start a new application anymore since it redirects me to the Pricing website.

I'm not sure what could be done about not being able to start a new application, but I recommend checking this out to see if you might've done any of the steps wrong.
