Hi @hexed300, Documents that prove your current student status include a picture of your school ID with current enrollment date, class schedule, transcript, and affiliation or enrollment verification letter. So you can try with any of the above documents or anything that can prove your current student status. Make sure to fill in your billing info and GitHub profile with your full name exactly as it appears on your academic transcript. Then log out and log back into GitHub before reapplying, because the application system gets stuck in a loop even after the required information has been updated. If you still get rejected, submit the application using another device, such as a smartphone or another PC. If you need more assistance, I recommend you contact support by opening a ticket here, select " |

Hi @hexed300, If your student ID card shows an old expiry date, that’s totally fine — GitHub Education usually accepts alternative proof of enrollment as long as it clearly shows that you are currently a student. Since you already have an official college email, here are the best options:
They usually approve cases like yours quickly once they understand the situation. Hope this helps, and good luck with your Student Pack application! |

Hi everyone,
Hey there,
I enrolled the git-hub student plan with my official college email they asked for the document then i sent them the current year's fee receipt. The reason i can not use my college ID because it is mentioned first year with expiry of 2023 but in our college they do not reprint the cards each year due to this i faced a lot of issues in the enrollment.
Can anyone suggest me how to enroll for this i still got the official college mail and even it's made this year only.
Thanks
