My selected school has incorrect or incomplete information e.g. domains or campus location

My university is an open university (Indira Gandhi National Open University) where we don't have contact classes or a campus. I have uploaded my ID and and acknowledgement slip from my university regarding this issue and Github came back to me with this :

I'm not using a vpn I've been uploading through my phone for a while and I've been getting rejected left and right and finally uploaded decent photos and I get this. A simple Google search would tell you about my open university.

I've searched other issue regarding my university and those still seem to be open. Please do look into this.

I recommend you contact support by opening a ticket here, select "My selected school has incorrect or incomplete information e.g. domains or campus location" and explain your issue.

Hi, thanks for replying I tried again and this time for some reason I got an upload file button alongside the start camera one. So I just directly uploaded my ID and got approved.
