Does this project already have automated tests? If yes, can you tell me how to run them on my computer and where I should place new tests if I contribute some code?

If the project already has automated tests, you’ll usually find them in a folder called something like tests, tests, or inside the src directories alongside the components.
To run the tests on your computer:
Make sure you have Node.js installed.
Clone the repository and navigate into the project folder.
Install dependencies using:
npm install
Run the tests using:
npm test
or, if the project uses Vitest/Jest specifically:
npx vitest
or
npx jest
If you want to contribute new tests, the best practice is to place them in the same folder as the component or module they’re testing, or in the main tests folder if it exists. Follow the naming conventions already used in the project for consistency.
