Bring desktop labels to GitHub Mobile discussions

Hi everyone 👋

When creating a discussion from the GitHub Mobile app, we currently don’t always see or have access to the same labels available on desktop (e.g., General, Code Security, Account Related, GitHub Education).

Why this would be useful:

• Ensures consistency between web and mobile
• Improves organization of discussions created in the app
• Helps the community filter topics correctly without needing to edit later on desktop

It would be great if the mobile app could provide the same set of labels (or even apply them automatically, just like on desktop). 🙏
