My GitHub Education application keeps getting denied despite accurate documents

Hello,

My GitHub Education application was denied for the following reasons:

• The name on my academic document does not exactly match the billing information
• The document does not appear to include a date demonstrating current academic affiliation
• Variations of the name are not accepted

However, I have carefully reviewed my submission, and I can confirm that both the name and the date are clearly and correctly shown on the document.

Please review this issue again.

Double-check the spelling and formatting of your name on both your GitHub profile and your academic document.

• Make sure the academic document clearly shows a recent date or term that proves current enrollment. Sometimes a transcript or a current class schedule works better than a student ID.
• If possible, try submitting a different official document that includes your full name and date.

If everything looks correct and you’re confident in your documents, you could politely ask GitHub Education support for a detailed explanation or submit an appeal through their official contact channels.
