Unable to Withdraw GitHub Sponsors Funds & Switch to Automatic Payout

Hi everyone,

I currently have ₹4,434.73 INR in my GitHub Sponsors account, but my payout setting is somehow set to manual. I’m not sure why it’s manual — I never intentionally set it that way.

The problem is:

• There is no option to manually withdraw the funds.
• I want to switch my payout to automatic, but I don’t see any way to do that either.

Is this a known issue, or is there something I’m missing? I would appreciate any guidance on how to:

1. Withdraw my current balance.
2. Switch my payout to automatic going forward.

@nisabmohd Hi, did you submit the ticket and then they changed it to automatic for you? May I know how long did it take them to fix the issue since you submitted the ticket? I'd like to see a reference to how long it took to resolve because I submitted it a week ago and still no one has responded to me...
