What's the difference of models in github and huggingface ?

The models of whisper in github project are large-v3.pt, turbo.pt and so on.
The models of whisper in huggingface are openai/whisper-large-v3-turbo and openai/whisper-large-v3.

I wonder what's the connection and difference between them?
