Support for Certificate Revocation List (CRL) in OTLP & OTLP-HTTP exporter

Currently, OTLP exporters/OTLP Http exporter doesn't support Certificate Revocation List to be configured so to be considered during client-server tls handshake, is there any plan or any open issue/feature request to support that as CRL is 1 of the feature form the security perspective.
