Describe the issue you're reporting

Now the extension supports 3 capabilities:

reports_effective_config
reports_health
reports_available_components

Is there any plan to support more capabilities like:

AcceptsRemoteConfig
AcceptsRestartCommand

so that users can apply config changes and restart a bunch of otel-collectors in the opamp server side.
