Now K8S-Leader-Election extension is in alpha should it be added to the release manifest

Describe the issue you're reporting

K8SLeaderElection Extension has had it's stability updates to Alpha on completion of PR #38426. However it is not avaliable in the Contrib release built for 0.125.0.

Does it need adding to the release maifest here https://github.com/open-telemetry/opentelemetry-collector-releases/blob/main/distributions/otelcol-contrib/manifest.yaml?
