[processor/metricstransform] support the ability to send a list of string as group_resource_labels

I'ld like a solution that allows the workflow described here with a new option (maybe named group_resource_labels_list) where it takes a value of type map[string][]string

this is useful to add array of strings as attributes for matching metrics
