[receiver/mongodbatlas] Add mongodbatlas.org.id and mongodbatlas.project.name on polled alerts

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

Proposing for alerts that are polled we can add the following bits of information to more correctly identify the source of log entries. The information desired to be added are:

• mongodbatls.project.name
• mongodbatlas.org.id

These will help users discern in a multi project/org setup where the alerts would be firing.

Describe the solution you'd like

Add the aforementioned attributes as resource attributes.
