Changing attribute request type

Hi,

I would like to change in spans attribute with name transaction.type and value from unknown to database. I have this configuration but it's not working.

  attributes/test:
    include:
      match_type: strict
      attributes:
      - key: transaction.type
        value: unknown
    actions:
      - key: transaction.type
        action: update
        value: database

Is this correct configuration or is it possible to do it?
