done as a heads up, it seems to take two passes for Renovate to initially update the pinned version comments to the full version number. if you ping me after merging the initial Renovate PRs I can force run the second pass (or you can wait for the regularly scheduled pass) |

it looks like Renovate is running into an error on the otel-arrow repo, see attached |
