Based on the document - https://github.com/open-telemetry/community/blob/main/community-membership.md - it looks that now this issue is in the state - "Once your sponsors have responded, your request will be reviewed by the Technical Committee (TC). Any TC member can review the requirements and add Members to the GitHub org." - so no action is not needed from my side.
