Your IP is being blocked by jina due to abuse by someone else.

To be able to used it again, you just have to

1. go to jina.ai
2. get a free api key (no account required)
3. Add this to your adapters

You're on the free tier of Jina. They're kind enough to let people use their service but unfortunately some people abuse it. You can use your own Jina API key to avoid this.
