Support adapter for all commands

Hi! It seems that I cannot specify adapter for a specific CodeCompanionCmd call. Also I'd like to change it (to compare with my current option) for a particular action. It seems natural to me that selecting adapter would be a viable option for all commands.

Doesn't look like you've specified any adapters for any of the strategies so you'll be using the plugin's default, Copilot.

With the command :CodeCompanionChat I have an option to select adapter. I do not have such capability for :CodeCompanionCmd command. That's the deal for me. I want to have my default adapter set to copilot, but change it for some prompts on fly.

I don't believe I ever added that in. I'm open to a PR for that though.
