Editor: multiple grammars and "save as"

First, thank you so much for Ohm.
Second, this newbie needs a little help understanding the editor "save as" function. I'm logged in to Github, so I kind of expected "save as" to add to a list under "My Grammars" so I could manage multiple grammar files, but only "Logout" appears there. Thanks!
