Hi @ulvestad , thanks for your questions! We are not investing in R5 right now given the low market demand. The next normative version that we are looking to invest in is R6. |

Hello,
Our project is currently using the Azure API for FHIR, however we are in the process of migrating to Azure Health Data Services FHIR as Azure API for FHIR will be retired on September 30, 2026.
The Azure API for FHIR only supports FHIR version 4. Are there any plans for Azure Health Data Services FHIR to support newer versions such as FHIR version 5?
It would help a lot with compatibility with IDMP if R5 was available.
