Development of transition model in ADFlow

I implemented a simple transition model in adflow that adds a intermittent value to the sa source production term , after editing the files blockette.f90 and sa.f90 (for AD) the transition prefection converges well with the ank model, but when the nk startes it completely stalls the solution bouth in cases where ank and sank have taken the solution to a very low norm or when it is activated early on the convergence process. Is there any other place i need to eddit to make the nk converge ?
