Did i not uninstall?

I uninstalled UniGetUI months ago, suddently today i get this unsettling notice on my screen...

I need help to completely remove UniGetUI.

This is Windows, not UniGetU. Please check that anything under C:\Program Files\UniGetUI and C:\Program Files\WingetUI has been deleted

ALso, i don't have those folders you mention.

But i have a : C:\Users\<user>\AppData\Local\UniGetUI

Can i delete those?

Those are remaining data, you can clear them if you want. However, there are no executables there.
I guess Windows saw that you are not receiving notifications from UniGetUI (since the exe was deleted), so it is suggesting to erase the notification permissions...
