In the Downloads settings, there's an option to delete chapters after they are marked as read (either manually or by reading them)

I'd like a similar option that works when the entry gets refreshed and auto progresses based on trackers

To clarify with an example:
Suppose I download two chapters of a manga on Phone1. I then read and track those chapters on Phone2. When I return to Phone1 and refresh the entry, with auto-progress enabled, the entry updates based on the tracking data. In this case, the previously downloaded chapters that were automatically marked as read should also be deleted
