The false power outages are most likely caused by the communication errors. From the logs you submitted, here are you comm stats: Comm Stats : The time out, validation errors and sync errors all inicate that the software is, at times, not getting the data it expects. The Known Issues wiki page has info on this as well as some things you can do to mitigate this issue: Not sure if you are using wifi somewhere between the system running gnemon and your generator, but if you are, improving the signal quality will help. Increasing the mobus timeout can help. You may have an issue with the serial to TCP converter you are using. Let me know if you have any questions. |

Thank you - let me try the additional modbus timeout. The WIFI signal looks to be strong and i've had a ping monitor running and see virtually no dropped packets. The serial to TCP is the one from pintsize |

What is/are your question(s)?
I keep receiving email notices about Utility Power Out then 3-4 seconds later I get a Utility Power Restored. I was home during this time and there was no a noticeable outage in the power and none of my UPS devices in the house registered a power blip.
Is there a way to make this less sensitive? I don't want to disable the alerts completely as I want to know when there is a real outage
