Support for multiple NCM instances

Hi there,

Thanks for the great library :)

Our USB device has 2 ethernet ports and we need to present that as 2 NCM interfaces to the USB host.
It doesn't appear that tinyUSB currently supports multiple NCM instances on the same device.

Is there a straightforward way to do this? If not, how much work would you think it would take?

FYI, I'm up for doing the work myself, but it would be good to get some input on the best way to do it and how much of a pain it would be to integrate with existing network drivers.
