Workspace rules override

Hi,

I have no idea if this is possible already so I'm leaving the question here.

I currently have the browser to open on workspace 1 and I have another one (workspace 0) where I place the music player.
Sometimes, I would like to be able open a new browser window directly on workspace 0.

Currently, when I want to do that, I do:

1. Open browser
2. Focus on browser window in workspace 1
3. Move browser window to workspace 0

What would like to be able to do:

1. Focus on workspace 0
2. Open browser

Basically, what I'm looking for, would be to have workspace 0 override rules of other workspaces or apps.
