Achieving a 2x2 grid of terminals on startup (or in any shape or form)

Hi,

I was wondering whether it is possible to set up a 2x2 grid of terminals in GlazeWM. I tried various combinations of moving up and down, but I always end up with some configuration in which one or more terminals take up one of the 4 slots of my desired 2x2 grid.

I would prefer if this didn't warrant manual moving, since I would like to set it up to execute programmatically in my config.
