zebar fills all screen space

installed Glazewm 3.9.1 and Zebar 3.1.1 successfully from scoop extras.
The issues is that zebar fills all the screen when no window is opened. So if i change focus to an empty workspace, zebar takes all the room and from that moment on , is the same in all the rest of workspaces.

any hint?

did you add ignore rules in window rules?
