When navigating sidebar is closed instead of opened and highlighting active link

Bug description

Sidebar closes by itself when navigating between items.
Sidebar is also always closed when being on particular page and doing a page reload.
Or by navigating to a page via specific sub page URL

How to reproduce

1. Go to https://beta.docs.soda.io/soda/manage-issues/organization-dashboard

-> sidebar is closed instead of opened and highlighting currently selected section.

hi @gregkaczan , I can see it open, can you mention a screenshot or video? I'm not able to reproduce the issue.
