ROCM Docker

Just wondering if there will be any update to the Rocm Docker support? I see that in the workflow its still disabled due to compilation issues, but I was able to compile it with ROCM 6.4 on ubuntu 24.04 using the docker file with only those changes and the Github actions without issue and runs at least on my local desktop with my 7900XTX perfectly fine.

Just curious if there are other issues outstanding requiring it to not be apart of the normal docker compiling?

The main reason is that nobody with the ability to test it has done it. If you can verify that the workflow succeeds (e.g. test in a fork), please open a PR to enable it again.
