Frame does not automatically appear on Windows 10 when an action is initiated

Frame app version: Frame v0.6.2
Frame extension version: 0.10.2
OS and version: Windows 10
Browser version: Version 1.49.132

When I initiate some action that requires a response in Frame, Frame does not automatically open into view. For example, connecting a wallet and allowing an application to access my account, or initiating a transaction. I click the button to initiate the action, and nothing happens. Frame doesn't appear like I expect it to. I have to manually open Frame to see that there is a pending action awaiting my input.
