'Fat' source tarball for v6.x

We used to be able to download a ecal-fat-source.tar.gz for 5.x releases. Has that been discontinued? It was quite useful to have them when integrating ecal source as a third party library.

thanks for pointing out the missing fat-source. It seems it slipped while uploading. I attached it to the release, so you can use it as you are used to do!
