There is approximately 20ms delay in Pub/Sub

When I am doing simple Pub/Sub testing, no matter how small the packet is, there is always a latency of about 20ms. Is there something wrong with my configuration?

Can you please share a few more details about your setup? It's about local (shm) communication or pub/sub over network? If network, what kind of connection?
