Let's find another name for fc.record

Same idea as #1985 but this time regarding fc.record.

As for Set, if the TC39 proposal concerning Record/Tuple makes it, fc.record might be misleading.

Here are some ideas I got for this one:

For this one we should probably wait and see what will be the choice of TypeScript for Record.
