Remove "(added)" by e.g. {{diff_added}}?

Hello,
I have set up some email notifications. In the "Notification Title" (email subject) and in the "Notification Body" I use {{diff_added}} each to output a monitored word between my own fixed words. Is it possible to remove the "(added)" added by {{diff_added}}?

@dgtlmoon Can you tell me if that's possible?
If not, could that be taken up as a feature request that the placeholders also only output the text without the name of the placeholder?
