The core CHANGELOG says
Make dc_chat_is_protected always return 0.
I'm not sure why it's not 1 instead. But I guess it's supposed to mean that they're all "protected" now, and not the opposite?
If so, then this looks good.
The timer option has been removed in e6f0521. But the same goes for THIRTY_MINUTES.
I did not check the translation files.
