webui, online storage engine, and perhaps multi user

I installed yesterday and got stuck at the webui and didnt know what to do. I got to the point of navigating to the project files /web framework and got lost as I could not find the directory in program files or program files (86). I tried the npm commands and nothing was happening except for errors. I am excited to use the application though and when I do I hope to be able to figure out how I can tap into the local application from a mobile device. Perhaps you could help
