Change asset filesystem URL

Now that we can rewrite to the Craft CDN it would be nice if we could change the URL when using the Craft Cloud Filesystem.

Ideally, leaving it blank would use the raw Craft CDN URL, but overriding it would allow you to set it to https://www.mysite.com/assets/ for which there's an appropriate rewrite set in the yaml.

That way generated image transforms etc. would use the neat URL

Yep! Already in the works – should have an extension release out shortly.

Same for things that are already using artifactUrl – for those you should be able to set CRAFT_CLOUD_ARTIFACT_BASE_URL=https://www.mysite.com/dist/, but we'll include examples in our docs.
