Support blurhash-style placeholders #67

Imager X can work with Cloud via https://github.com/spacecatninja/craft-imager-x-craft-cloud-transformer, but craft.imagerx.placeholder will throw errors.

We should support blurhash placeholders, and do what we need to let Imager-X know how to generate those URLs.
