Possibility for auto-update to wait X days before doing the upgrade

Hi, sometimes breaking things are ending into the last release (example of #6542).

In my case I would prefer to have something safer:

1. Of course having the auto-upgrade to benefit from any fix on issues I didn't notice and security patches
2. But I would also expect a delay between a release and my servers being upgraded so Coolify "beta-testers" would have the time to detect issues, report them, and that they are fixed. I guess a days number input would be enough, in my case I would probably set the delay to 30 days before an upgrade is performed.

@andrasbacsai would it make sense?
