Nested VT-x

I decided to check how nested VT-x feature works in Bochs.
Following configuration was used:

» Bochs 9726125
»» Windows 7 SP1 x64
»»» VMware Workstation 12.5.2
»»»» Windows XP SP3
»»»»» VirtualBox 4.3.18
»»»»»» MS-DOS 6.22
»»»»»»» Doom 1.9

Here is the result: it works good!
