Minimum incident count until notification is sent

Hello all,

I have an issue with my notifications set for Email: I have a Uptime monitor which is setup with that email notification, however it fires way too quickly. E.g. the monitor is up at 01:50 and 01:52 and all other times around that, but the check at 01:51 failed with a 502. This incident immediately triggered a notification, which was solved by the time I got the push notification on my phone. Can I setup some minimum incident count until this notification is sent (like 3 incidents) or is there some other solution available?

Another thing regarding notifications/the roadmap:
I have read in some discussions that Telegram as Notification option is planned for future releases, is this still on the roadmap or pushed back? Using email for that has started becoming an issue, particularly because sometimes I get them late, or it just clogs my inbox and the other options just are not available for me.
