Default Polling Interval/Check Frequency

It would be cool to be able to be able to change the default polling interval from 1 minute to 5 minutes or 30 seconds or anywhere in between.

It would primarily just affect the speed of monitor creation.

actually,uptime monitoring frequency of 1m lowest seems too slow,could we set the lowest settings to 15s like infrastructure? or maybe 10s?
