Describe the bug
The list of users that the generator will pick one from is constanly shuffling in the options menu

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Click on "pick random user"
2. See how the list of users is constantly shuffled in an unpredictable way

Expected behavior
List should be fixed and not shuffled

Actual behavior
The shuffeling should only happen once the user clicks on "pick users"
