Big Refactor

Hello everyone, I am planning a major refactor of the code base. Are there any specific changes you'd like to see, or perhaps something you'd prefer left unchanged? I will outline the potential changes for future versions, and you're welcome to share your thoughts. This post will remain open for a couple of weeks to ensure everyone has enough time to provide their feedback.

3. EmbeddingResponse should be a List rather than List EmbeddingResponse should be a List<float> rather than List<double> #219
4. use long instead of int for CreatedAt property fixed createdAt type #570
5. Using Class instead of Record as a response object.
6. Utilizing multiple Azure resources by changing the model name, rather than creating a new class per model.

These are what I am thinking of at the moment.
