Nanoleaf Bulb - Could not initialize the device before enabling

Hey there,

I tried to use a Nanoleaf bulb to sync it with HyperHDR as an Top light.
When I try to turn on the LED switch on the remote I get this error.
Does anyone have an advice for me?

You don’t have to. I’ll refund the bulbs, the software from Nanoleaf is crap. I’ll give Hue a try.
