Promotion at "time of day" and "day of week".

I am a big fan of the auto promotion setting. However I would prefer auto promotion only on "working times". Is there any possibility to run auto promition only at a specific time of day and day of week?

If not directly, has anybody an idea how to implemant a "timed" gate to delay promotion until a valid time window?

There isn't a way to do that just yet, but it's on our radar and tracked by #1328.

Based on internal conversations, I did bump it from low priority to normal priority just now, but it's still not planned for any specific release yet.
