Blobsaver will not save current OS on phone

I installed blobsaver on a windows 7 64bit . works OK . I have a iphone 6s running , 13.1.3 , when blobsaver reads the phone , it saved locally a blob that is 15.8.2 , which is the current OS, that the application downloaded from the internet
